Tea Shoots

Jinggu Da Bai is a distinguished tea variety from the Jinggu region of Yunnan, known for its large, thick leaves and abundant silvery fuzz. As one of the prominent cultivars used in crafting high-quality white tea, it offers a distinctive appearance and exceptional flavor profile that captures the essence of Yunnan’s tea culture.

Sun-Wilting

Sun-wilting is a crucial step in making high-quality white tea. After plucking, the leaves are spread under the sunlight to naturally wither. This process helps remove the grassy “green” taste and enhances the tea's floral aromas. The sunlight encourages the development of delicate floral notes and a smooth, sweet flavor, shaping the tea’s overall character and richness.

Dried leaves

Moonlight White tea buds are plump and vibrant, coated in a silvery-white fuzz. One side of the leaf is soft white, while the other is a deep, dark green. The leaves unfurl naturally, offering a graceful, elegant appearance that reflects its delicate craftsmanship.
