At about 1,800 - meter altitude, it has a cool, humid climate with 1,400 - 1,600 mm of annual rainfall and 16 - 19°C average temp. The old tea trees here, with deep roots, absorb rich nutrients. Their leaves are thick, full - bodied, and rich in polyphenols, amino acids, and caffeine.
2. Appearance & Aroma
The cake is neatly pressed, with a smooth surface in dark green to earthy brown. Golden buds are among the well - defined leaves. Dry, it has a fresh, floral - herbal aroma. Brewed, wildflower and earthy scents emerge, followed by a sweet, mellow note.
3. Collection Value
